Project Activities

To achieve our goals, we designed a structured mobility program that included:

Training & Mobility in Italy

Our VET trainers participated in a 6-day mobility training in Italy, focusing on:

  • Digital Education & Technology Integration in VET.
  • Sustainable Practices & Green Skills Development.
  • Employability & Workforce Readiness.

These sessions involved hands-on learning, networking with European experts, and gaining exposure to innovative training methodologies.

Learning Outcomes & Evaluation

After completing the mobility experience, our trainers:

  • Applied new digital and green teaching methodologies in their classrooms.
  • Implemented curriculum updates based on insights from European best practices.
  • Trained additional educators, multiplying the project’s impact.

Evaluation was conducted through participant feedback, stakeholder surveys, and performance indicators, ensuring the effectiveness of the training.

Impact

The Erasmus+ KA122-VET project significantly enhanced our organization's capacity to deliver high-quality vocational education and training. Our trainers are now better equipped with digital competencies and sustainable practices, which they have integrated into their teaching. Learners have benefited from updated curricula that align with current industry standards and environmental considerations. Additionally, the project strengthened our international partnerships, paving the way for future collaborations within the Erasmus+ network.

We are proud of the accomplishments achieved through this project and remain committed to fostering innovation, sustainability, and excellence in vocational education and training.
