Project Title: Innovative Solutions to Combat Homelessness in Cyprus, Ireland, and Italy (ISCH)

Summary: The "Innovative Solutions to Combat Homelessness" project aims to address the pressing issue of homelessness and housing exclusion in Cyprus, Ireland, and Italy through a comprehensive and innovative approach. Over a 36-month duration, this project will bring together a consortium of experienced organizations to implement a range of activities.

Key Objectives:

  1. Conduct an in-depth analysis of the homeless situation in the target countries, identifying key challenges, needs, and gaps.
  2. Develop and implement innovative solutions to prevent homelessness, including early intervention programs, housing support initiatives, and employment opportunities.
  3. Foster cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange among public authorities, non-profit organizations, and local communities.
  4. Empower marginalized groups, including refugees, children, elderly individuals, and people with disabilities, by providing tailored support and resources.
  5. Ensure the sustainability of project outcomes beyond the project's lifespan through a robust communication and dissemination strategy.
