Project Title: Innovative Solutions to Combat Homelessness in Cyprus, Ireland, and Italy (ISCH)
Summary: The "Innovative Solutions to Combat Homelessness" project aims to address the pressing issue of homelessness and housing exclusion in Cyprus, Ireland, and Italy through a comprehensive and innovative approach. Over a 36-month duration, this project will bring together a consortium of experienced organizations to implement a range of activities.
Key Objectives:
- Conduct an in-depth analysis of the homeless situation in the target countries, identifying key challenges, needs, and gaps.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to prevent homelessness, including early intervention programs, housing support initiatives, and employment opportunities.
- Foster cross-border collaboration and knowledge exchange among public authorities, non-profit organizations, and local communities.
- Empower marginalized groups, including refugees, children, elderly individuals, and people with disabilities, by providing tailored support and resources.
- Ensure the sustainability of project outcomes beyond the project's lifespan through a robust communication and dissemination strategy.
