Hosted by the SMIT “CREATOR” NGO, participants were deconstructed and rebuilt into the leaders of tomorrow through tools and methods of non-formal education, such as simulations, role-playing, and discussions. The aim of the project, carried out over eight days, was to prepare participants to tackle social issues by empowering their peers using various taught and proven leadership techniques. Both organizers and participants of 'Leader Almighty' concluded the project with their heads held high, having successfully shared their ideas, exchanged cultures, and most importantly, developed their leadership skills in order to empower their work as a youth leaders.
