ON THE MOVE

On the Move is a forward-thinking Erasmus+ initiative that aims to revolutionize apprenticeship mobility in Europe by introducing blended mobility schemes—a mix of virtual and physical learning experiences. Targeting VET (Vocational Education and Training) providers, intermediary organizations, and companies, the project tackles long-standing barriers like legal complexities, language, financial constraints, and institutional limitations.

Over 36 months, the project will:

  • Develop 4 innovative frameworks to support mobility coordination, apprentice integration, and blended mobility schemes.
  • Train over 400 VET stakeholders and support the blended mobility of 20 apprentices.
  • Establish 6 new Mobility Coordination Offices across Europe.
  • Provide open educational resources (OERs) and host impactful policy and networking events to drive systemic change.

By empowering institutions and creating sustainable structures, "On the Move" helps build a more connected, inclusive, and accessible apprenticeship ecosystem across Europe.
